What We Collect

We collect your account details, the profile you build in the product (including your name, contact details, employment history, and education), any resumes you upload, the job descriptions you submit, the documents the service generates for you, and application usage logs required to run and secure the service.

How We Use Data

We use your data to generate resumes, run ATS analysis, provide product functionality, maintain security, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train our own models.

Service Providers Who Receive Your Data

Generating a resume requires sending your profile content and the job description you provide to third-party model providers. This is core to how the product works, so we name each provider and what it receives:

• Anthropic — receives your profile content and job description text to extract keywords, write the resume, and score it against the posting.
• Google — receives job description text, uploaded resume content when you import a profile, and generated resumes for review and alignment scoring.
• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. All account data and generated documents are stored there at rest.
• Railway — hosts the application itself.
• Stripe — processes payments and holds billing identifiers. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, so card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Resend — delivers transactional and contact-form email on our behalf.

Storage and Security

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and encrypted transport. Each account's data is isolated by user, and access is limited to authorized systems and staff.

Data Retention

We do not currently operate an automatic expiry or scheduled purge. Your profile, job runs, and generated documents are kept until you delete them or until your account is deleted. Deleting an individual job removes both its record and the files generated for it.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the contact page. Account deletion is currently handled manually by our team rather than through a self-service control in the product; we will confirm once your account and its stored documents have been removed. You can delete individual job runs and their generated files yourself at any time from within the app.
